Neutral Location Available

Part of a successful mediation or arbitration process can be the holding of the session on neutral territory.

Michael Silver can provide neutral space upon request at his suite of rooms or can attend at a space and location chosen by the parties upon request.

Michael Silver’s neutral premises are conveniently located at the corner of Bay and Queen in downtown Toronto, (65 Queen St. West, Thomson Building, 3rd Floor) There are ample main boardrooms and breakout rooms. Refreshments and quality light snacks are served. Copying is provided. The space is well appointed, features beautiful and noteworthy Canadian art, as well as numerous curiosities which promote conversation and dialogue. The space is quiet and offers the opportunity for lawyers to focus on their clients and case being mediated/arbitrated. Parking is optimum (in terms of price and location) at City Hall parking just across Queen St.

As seen in the wild

Conflict mediation is not only a human quality

During a trip to East Africa, we visited a Rwandan national park and were lucky enough to be able to observe a troup of gorillas as they went about their daily life.
Suddenly conflict broke out which required mediation!
